Re: Project 18201 not uploading
One last quick thing to check is for O/S updates for the computer that is not uploading... Do you have a spare network card or wireless adapter that has drivers for your O/S on the computer that is not uploading? If so, give it a try. Maybe try a known working Cat. 5 cable if it is cable connected t...

Re: Project 18201 not uploading
My apologies to smurfcorpse, for my earlier presumptions. Given that I saw the low post count.
Though, I am glad that someone with access to the relevant servers could help.

Re: Project 18201 not uploading
Try checking your internet security software/router firewall settings to verify that the F@H (Folding at Home) client is not restricted from using ports 80 and 8080. These appear to be the two primary TCP/IP ports that the client software needs to access the internet. Should you be using your employ...

Re: FAH Overall Rank
I am currently running two desktops, and an older laptop. The laptop is an older 2009 Alienware M17 laptop, which is running CPU* WU's only. This will be scrapped within the next 4-6 months, as replacement CPU/GPU fans (and display parts) are hard to find. Also, it's a pain to keep track of the mult...

Re: RTX 4090 and 4090Ti showcased and benchmarked :)
Well... I like to keep the drivers as up to date as possible. Though, It will just make it easier for me to avoid the GPU WU dumping that occurs when a WU that would run fine on a GTX 1050ti (or newer), gets assigned to my GT 710's or GT 1030 card.
I'm done w/the WU baby-sitting,

Re: 18XXX series work units assigned to slow GPU's/iGPU's
And BTW: I have figured out how to adjust performance/fan speed control's in Fedora... At least for the cards that I use, which have them (and actually work).

Re: RTX 4090 and 4090Ti showcased and benchmarked :)
I watched that a few times.... Though I don't think the real cards will be that huge.
Though, I'd hope NVidia produces a version that will fit nicely on a Threadripper Pro motherboard.

Re: Failed to create OpenCL context
When you attempt to start another WU, try capturing the most recent 200 lines from the log, after unchecking the filter boxes. As I am not seeing the information in the log that is related to the AMD card, and the error messages that are being logged.

Re: Failed to create OpenCL context
Just thought of something, check your UEFI settings to see if there is one that enables discovery of a discrete graphics card in the PCIe Slots....

Re: Failed to create OpenCL context
ok, I will look into the BIOS settings, one is a ASUS ROG, another MSI MEG. but why did you think it was folding on an Intel GPU? is that what this means? 19:16:54:WU02:FS01:0x22: opencl-device 0 specified 19:17:30:WU02:FS01:0x22:Attempting to create OpenCL context: 19:17:30:WU02:FS01:0x22: Configu...

And BTW: F@H on an Intel GPU/iGPU is still undergoing refinements. One of the Moderator's, or Project Managers may be able to help you with this.

Re: Failed to create OpenCL context
Yes. That is something that can be set in the UEFI (as with the AMD Ryzen 3/5 CPU's that have a built in iGPU. There is also a setting in the UEFI for selecting the discrete GPU (your card) as the primary video output device. Look in your users manual, as the setting location may vary from brand to ...

Re: Failed to create OpenCL context
If you were attempting to fold with the CPU's integrated graphics processor, you can download the latest drivers from Intel here: https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en ... 0-ghz.html Look for v30.0.100.9805, which is the most recent stable version available. And note that it is also for Windows 11...

Would you mind posting the most recent 200 lines of your F@H log, starting at the point where it looks something like this: 18:44:21:WU00:FS03:Started FahCore on PID 9740 18:44:21:WU00:FS03:Core PID:9744 18:44:21:WU00:FS03:FahCore 0x22 started 18:44:21:WU00:FS03:0x22:*********************** Log Star...
