I’ll give you an upload Saturday, though I think for my cards you almost have enough data points until something changes.foldinghomealone wrote:Next upload of data will be Sunday

Windows 10:
I watched x22 p14251 (1018,2,11) from download through the first 2 percent. It ramped up gradually from zero RAM to 1,477 MB. I didn't see any big RAM spikes at any point for this project.

Here’s my other dual GPU case. 200mm fan on the side. Cards stay nice and cool.

Re: My ranking keeps getting worse
You're folding on solar power? That's pretty cool. That by choice or is that your only means of power?

Re: PPD Database - HFM exports needed
Its likely to be a combination of the stock wraith cooler being too small for full load, memory timings, and manual OC. Memory clocks determine what Infinity fabric runs at, which is how fast the chiplets and IO die talk to each other. Since FAH reserves one core for the GPU and core counts of 23 a...

Windows 10 pro GPU x22 14253 at 2,012 MB. I'll try to check catch one at start up sometime.

Re: Old PC upgrade suggestions
I have an old R9 270x, and it will work in Linux for games, but I'm not sure you can fold with it. It will work in windows, and is about equal to a 750ti.
Search around here a bit and you might find some amd on Linux threads. Sorry I'm not much help, been a while since I messed with that card.

Re: Some Airflow Upgrades
I tried one of the 140mm Noctua Industrial PPC 3000 fans and it was super loud. If you care about fan noise, be aware. They do give great airflow, but I couldn’t stand the noise. Ended up going with some much quieter 1200 rpm fans

Re: Old PC upgrade suggestions
What's your power supply on that old system? That will likely be your limiting factor on GPU upgrade.

I likely just forgot the 'X' in one of my uploads. I don't think that a vanilla R7 3800 exists.
