CPUs can model the solvent (usually water) as individual atoms, while GPUs use an continuous approximation which is less accurate. CPU tasks are run at a very low priority, and rarely interfere with other CPU tasks. The GPU has no priorities, and will interfere with other GPU tasks.

In Windows, I would use the sensor tab of GPU-Z.

Most Windows versions have a 32 thread limit. Neither Linux nor MacOS have that limit, but it appears the researchers plan for Windows.

Unless you post your log, no one can look at your hardware configuration. We can only give advice based on information you provide.

Keep in mind the part of the answer "and there is only one developer" so enhancements will be addressed after bugs.

The minimum Raspberry pi is version 4. If you are on a lower version, it is unsupported.
