Re: Very long TPF

The file size of the download is small compared to 7600 WU's I have processed, but that is not enough to tell by itself. The TPF depends on what you are processing the WU on and what else is running on that machine at the same time. Exactly, the download size is small, that's why I'm wondering. I'm...

Very long TPF Project - 7600 (Run 12, Clone 51, Gen 26)

I am running the SMP slot, Project 7600 (Run 12, Clone 51, Gen 26), the download size is 21.56KiB, and it takes over 30 minutes to finish 1%. Now is that normal? Because I believe I have received project 7600 before and it didn't take this long. Is this a bad WU?

Re: Pausing log

V7 has a unified log, so there's no such thing as a GPU log. FAHClient does have the ability to filter and if your using FAHClient to use to view the log, you may be running a beta version with a bug. Which client version are you running? Does it persist if you try Refresh? If you have viewed the l...

Re: Pausing log

It does look like you have pasted the same segment of the log more than once. That was copied exactly as it appears in the log. I didn't paste it multiple times. That's what I'm asking. I just noticed that the GPU log shows the same thing. Oh yeah and another thing, the GPU slot status shows the Ba...

Pausing log

This is the first SMP work unit I did on the new v7 client. Notice that when I paused it and later resumed folding, the log shows the same things 3x before showing the resumed work. I was wondering if that's okay? I'm worried if it was counted as a failed WU or something. I'm trying to get 10WUs don...

Re: Protein demo?

Ah okay. I was hoping to see the protein I'm folding. It's not important though. Thanks for the reply!

Protein demo?

Hi I am using the new v7 client, running SMP now. When I open the viewer, I see that the protein name is "Demo", does this mean it's not a real protein or something? Sorry if my question is foolish.
