Thanks for pointing this point up.
In addition to the name of the researcher, the name of the protein can also help link projects to papers.
I'll look into whether there's a simple way for us to have a page about completed projects, as well as to more closely link project numbers to papers.

Great question. The paper you posted about is a really nice advance. There is ongoing effort to integrate it into OpenMM and it would be great to use on FAH someday. Thanks for pointing this out. We're always on the lookout for the best algorithms. Many are published and it takes some time to determine which are generally useful. We'll keep an eye on further developments here.
