Re: Completed Project Summary & Results Page (inactive proje

Thanks for pointing this point up.

In addition to the name of the researcher, the name of the protein can also help link projects to papers.

I'll look into whether there's a simple way for us to have a page about completed projects, as well as to more closely link project numbers to papers.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and for your patience while we fixed the issue. I got the stats system back up last night and it appears to be running smoothly now.

Thanks, and good idea. I'll try to make a habit of that for our publications.

Re: Article: Adaptive boundaries in multiscale simulations

Great question. The paper you posted about is a really nice advance. There is ongoing effort to integrate it into OpenMM and it would be great to use on FAH someday. We don't plan a new core in the immediate future though. Changing the number of particles in a simulation on the fly requires some sig...

Re: Protein-Folding Simulations Sped Up

Thanks for pointing this out. We're always on the lookout for the best algorithms. Many are published and it takes some time to determine which are generally useful. We'll keep an eye on further developments here.

Thanks, yes, something went wrong enough that we're having to rebuild the array from scratch, sigh.

Re: 169.229.194.42

Sorry for the delay. A hard drive failure has wiped out the machine and we're trying to restore it. I suspect we won't have it solved before your WU times out, unfortunately.
