I am not a Linux user nor a Raspberry Pi user, but the minimum Pi is a RPi 4, the 3B is half as fast and most likely not complete any Work Units.

We don't know what OS you are using, but most likely Windows or Linux. Here is a post that shows how to post your log in several OS's.

There is no reason to think there will be issues with the GPU. It may not find proteins large enough to keep it fully occupied, F@H will not use the RT cores.

As a rule of thumb, F@H will 'need' a thread for the OS and a thread per GPU.
Ideally for 7 GPUs, a 8 core/16 thread CPU will keep busy.

To the extent I understand PCIE, you will need a CPU and motherboard with 56 lanes for 7 GPUs

There is an advanced option called "max-packet-size" which could be set to "small", "normal" or "big" but this controls the size of the download, (for dial up modems) not the length of processing time you want. While there is some correlation, it is not 1 to 1.
