This morning we lost cooling services for 206.223.170.146 (fah1) and had to urgently shut it down to prevent overheating. We'll have it back up again as soon as possible.

Thanks all for the reports! I just took a peek at the server and am not seeing anything strange happening on our end. I issued a restart to the server with the hopes that resolves things and will keep an eye on this thread over the next few days.

Awesome, glad to hear there aren't any stuck and fingers crossed it stays that way! I did disable the other project housed on that server, so in the event we were seeing some weird intermittent overtaxed server issue (I'm not thinking so), hopefully that also helps.

Hi rickoic, Thanks for raising this and apologies about the WU being refused. We've had a few of these instances with p18201/18202- it seems like something is slightly awry with the server/WU/connections and we can't quite put our finger on it. Frustratingly, these "transfer failed" errors...

As a quick update to this project- we've acquired a huge amount of data (around 3.4ms of aggregate simulation time per isoform!) and are in the process of analyzing this data now. We may decide to re-release this project in the future if we need further sampling, but for the time being we've paused ...
