Re: FAH not reporting number of devices correctly!

Ohh, thanks, I'm always running away to "take me home" link because I didn't noticed there is content below huge letters and the page is eating CPU ang GPU. I always thought the main page is only some fckn big letters and shading colors :-)

Re: Over 2 exaflops!

If every WU has a measureable FLOP value then the FLOPS of F@H distributed computer is clearly measured by returned successfully folded WUs per time. I think this mentioned by bruce in other thread. The phantom clients is a little bit harder issue. In boinc system a client periodically (~in every ho...

Re: FAH not reporting number of devices correctly!

Perfect stats page, thanks. I didn't know about moonshot 4. I read news @ https://foldingathome.org/news/ but there is no moonshot 4 over there or maybe I'm blind. Ok, progress bar was only an idea. Folders like to see their burning silicons has results and stats is not enough in pandemic. Maybe if ...

Re: The flop count dropped down to 0.2 exaFLOP?

This sounds good. Lets see where FLOPS are flopping.

Re: FAH not reporting number of devices correctly!

We interested in scientist liquidate pandemic. Maybe it would be more interesting if scientist feedbacking about science more offten. Process indicator is eyecandy too like stats ;-) Without progress bar it seems endless burning CPUs and GPUs without results. BTW I folding with 2-3 PC but stats show...

Re: ARM CPUs

A8 has multi thread issue and folding on ARM CPUs with one thread is no way. I hope PG and internal Beta Team will fix bugs because my SBCs are hungry :)

Re: ARM CPUs

I shutted all ARM clients down. Sorry if I caused any inconvenience. BTW I would like to noticing you there are some Linux distributions for ARM based machines where this beta client has appeared and easy to install so maybe really there is not the best solution to publicate it on an URL where every...

Re: ARM CPUs

So I repeat to you and anyone else running the ARM client without being asked to, Turn Off your ARM client if you haven't already done so. Leave it Off until there is an official announcement. Until then it is not welcome, and is contributing to problems. Hey Joe, It is enough to remove beta from s...

Re: ARM CPUs

Since you're using the client-type=beta flag without being on the Beta team, it is violating our forum's T&C's (viewtopic.php?f=16&t=8) so unfortunately, we can't help you out :( I would also like to point out that experimenting with ARM client might end up hurting the science instead of he...

Re: ARM CPUs

Thanks for all. I mean ARM64 beta is available: https://foldingathome.org/beta/ Not others announcements elsewhere ;) I have two SBCs, OdroidC2 and a Pine Rockpro64, I set client-type=beta on both and now I get a8 core and 16810 project WUs. Started with light folding power to prevent overheating. W...

Re: ARM CPUs

ARM64 client is done on beta lane but I can't get any WUs for my ARM64 machines:

Code: Select all
