I configured F@H and it worked for several days, I didn't change anything, I don't use this computer, except for F@H so I didn't change any settings, still the same username and the same team number, the same passkey. I wonder if I create a new user, will it return WUs?

Hello, I have a problem with F@H for a user with passkey, etc. When I check the Donor Statistics, this is what it tells me: "My work unit was last recorded 21 days ago ". 21 DAYS ??? Yet F@H works fine, there are no errors in the LOG tab, I don't know what to do. Do you have an idea, thanks.
