I got a few of 13413 with normal PPD and normal wattage usage, but this one is performing badly.
It uses 45W less than normal and the PPD decreased to 15% of PPD from the other 13413.

You could try to remove the gpu-slot in FAHControl and than enable it again.

Search for undervolting and underclocking your card with MSI Afterburner. The daily loss in PPD won't be very significant, but the decrease of power usage and heat will be. Simply you an set the power limit to 50%. Your PPD will only decrease like 20%. And forget about using the CPU, it is not worth...

Every setting could run so at least two or more frames. For every frame I took the best shown vallue in this row which appears at least for two cycles...
