When I turned on visualization for this WU I've noticed that two proteins are very far from each-other and the "filler" atoms/water occupy a cube that is not aligned with either protein's location.

Is this intended?

I would still avoid overclocking, even if you don't encounter errors. Not every error can be detected, and a few occasional wrong bits will result in atom location being slightly off, but will reduce validity of simulation as it essentially adds more "temperature" into the protein.

Modern GPUs are good at "overclocking" themselves up to a stable rate without any input required from user. Mine is advertised to have a boost clock of 1750ish, and it actually runs between 1890-1935, depending on temp. So all I had to do was to increase power limit to 110% to reduce throt...

Any chance you could ad the standard deviation? (if it's not too much work...) Believe it or not, I have been struggling with this because Google Query Language (which I used to process the data) does not have a standard deviation function... I could still do it, but I don't have time to figure it ...

It seems like 2X 2060 should perform same work (or slightly more) as a single 2080ti. However, the current points formulae favors fast return of the WUs, so 2X faster processing gives ~40% more points for same amount of work. For this reason, on points basis, 2080ti will get ahead.
