Re: FahProgress: A micro monitoring tool for win

I was already trying to use readonly.. Dim fStream as new FileStream(LogFile, FileMode.Open,FileAccess.Read, FileShare.ReadWrite) dim sRead as new StreamReader(fStream) That really should have worked! But it doesn't. Though I went through the sdk again.. and it should so maybe my system has a handle...

Re: blue WU's or poo GPU?

f@h drivers? You mean client? In that case, there are no x86 and x64 gpu clients, just xp/03 and vista/08 clients and their dll's. Why don't you post a full log snippet, showing client version, location, arguments, board, compiler ect. Maybe add your os information, windows version, and your graphic...

Re: Request for Sig Image Dimensions Increase

Not my buisiness but I think both are fine. EOC abit more fine since it does not link to EOC in any way, the team reference is taken from the team number. With [H] you got a team reference with the logo as I see it.

If I had to choose, it would be EOC as it's more 'agnostic'.

It's all about completeness, and keeping threads as informative as possible :) Well then let me correct your information haha it's actually 'FLoating point Operations Per Second'. Now, I don't want to come across as an 'beter weter' so let's leave it at that. ps leuke naam, smoking2000 voor iemand ...

Re: serverstat.html: Min PerfFrac & Max PerfFrac columns gone

The Performance Fraction (PF) is a number which represents the average time left to the deadline required by your FAH client to finish WUs. It gives an indication how well the FAH client can complete WUs within the deadline. This information used to be considered during WU assignment in the time of...

Does it? Isn't what you're describing exactly what 7im says has been removed from the codebase? That's what I understood from it anyway.

It's kind of rude to ignore people who offer you help don't you think?

Re: serverstat.html: Min PerfFrac & Max PerfFrac columns gone

It was used quite a while back, but didn't work as well as expected. It wasn't fine grained enough to offer a lot of help. IIRC, it was taken out with the v6 client code base. So in 2 weeks or so, when one has a I7 965, you would get the same wu's as on an A64 x2 from 3 years back? That doesn't sou...

Re: Project 5801 issues. [Should be Offline]

Your guess is as good as mine but I doubt it's really the case since 9800GTX+ also have problems (almost at the same rate as the 8600GT) and they should be using faster memory. Right now, there is no enough debug message to pinpoint to the exact cause. Could still be memory related, speed is only o...

same project on both cores, is that certain? No :( I have a single gpu, so it's up to luck to be able to directly compare the most recent projects. It's more taking the info from the thread about the core here, the info from people on my own forum and putting that all together while looking at my o...

Re: FahProgress: A micro monitoring tool for win

Hi ! I`m back! :D Hmm. There is no interval between the updates. But it seems that the unitinfo.txt isn't updated at the same time as clients % console output. I verified this with other monitoring applications. If you want to check if FahProgress runs proper, copy a unitinfo.txt to a new directory...
