I have the same exact issue with my 1070 GTX on Fedora 31. I have tried the nvidia drivers from both the RPMFusion and negativo17 repos. I installed just about every opencl package I could find by running "dnf search opencl". I hope someone can help me figure out how I can fix the issues s...
