Re: Best way to Cool off your folding farm?
I have been considering a similar problem. I have my farm in my garage (don't want to heat up the house). After visiting NASA a week ago and looking at their wind tunnels (and mock-up) I believe that I can create a wind tunnel of sorts that should effciently move air through my farm. If the fan is o...

Re: Work Unit has an invalid address (0.0.0.0) SMP - New Install

I replaced the Tri Core with a dual core and instant success... folding away...
Thanks for the help... Tri cores aren't very popular so I don't know if we'll see projects for them. I'll volunteer to test it if they do...

Re: Work Unit has an invalid address (0.0.0.0) SMP - New Install
The configuration is listed above (Allow receipt of work assignments greater than 5MB in size (no/yes) [no]?yes). I'm stumped. I'll check the client.cfg and post back.

Re: Credit not received - 171.64.65.63 [p3065]
Hey Bruce,
On Wed I finally got confirmation that the new WU's were being counted. Avg PPD have risen from app 2500 last Sun to app 6700 this morning. Since Wed there has been a steady rise in gross points to (Sun 1,996 to 11,619 yesterday).
Thanks again for the help!

Re: Credit not received - 171.64.65.63 [p3065]
Hey Bruce, Thanks for the great info. I found the registry entry and removed it. A new ID was generated. The original WU's wanted to complete. Now that I know what I'm looking for, I can see the duplicates. The next WU that completed did not get added to my point or WU total (I'm guessing it was a d...

Re: Credit not received - 171.64.65.63 [p3065]
Hey Bruce!
Great deduction!!!
I did clone this sytem and did confirm an identical user ID. Now I'm stumped though. I blew away the folders and reinstalled a clean copy of FAH SMP client after cloning. It didn't create a new user ID????
How do I create a new user ID for this system?
Regards....

Re: Credit not received - 171.64.65.63 [p3065]
Hey Bruce, Thanks for the reply. Thanks for the info on the ie setting. I'll accept that as a plausable explanation. ;-) I still haven't seen credit for that work unit. If you could look into it I would definitly appreciate it. I want to make sure that everything is operating properly on my end. The...

Credit not received - Windows Graphical client
My second (and hopefully final issue) is a problem I fixed where I had configured the client to use IE settings. No WU were uploaded. I identified this issue yesterday morning and reset it to "no". It immediatly uploaded 9 WU's. Including these 9, I had 14 WU's end and update between Frida...
