My memory is at stock, and VRM's shouldn't get hot as my 12V line doesn't drop at all . When i'm gaming/stres testing i can clearly see the 12vline drop to 11.84 but it stays at 12.01 when folding so i'm pretty sure the VRM's don't get hot. And there's a 200MM fan directly blowing at my video card ....

Temps are definitly not the issue. I monitor my temperatures all the time and when folding the max is 72°C on these 106XX units.
Anyway lowering my clock speeds fixed the EUE's
