Looks like it is working now. It had some thing to do with the Wu being stuck in the queue from when the servers were down Easter weekend. Those Wu were from Gromacs Core. Then It started working on the ProtoMol core. I suspect the new servers would not accept the old WU? Uploaded them all manually ...

Just after that run I sent results manually and that worked? so it seems to be some problem sending the wu to the server. ProtoMol Core, FAH6.02 on freeBSD getting no ponts
I'm running FAH6.02-Linux client on freeBSD. Every thing was working until last weekend. I thought it was just the servers being down but now looks like it is related to the ProtoMol Core.
